Not long ago there was a customer who drove and lived in an rv. This rv had broken down at a local grocery store. We did an onsite vist to diagnose the issue at hand. We quickly realized that we needed to get this customers vehicle/home back to our shop. We partnered with a local tow company and had it towed at no cost to the customer. After diagnosing the issue, it was much worse than orginally thought. The customer was not in a postion to replace the engine and needed some where to park the rv until a family member could come haul it back to her home town. We ran some extension cords and let the customer park the rv in our very own back yard for a few weeks. We also reached out to a few local organizations to provide some life essentials for the customer and the fur babys on board.
